PopDragonArt Returns & Refunds Policy

• Returns Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unframed prints and accessories, and within 7 days for framed prints or originals.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

• Non-returnable Items: Custom orders, personalized art, and signed originals are final sale unless damaged or defective.

• Damaged/Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll replace or refund your item at no cost.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds: Issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
