Thank you for shopping with PopDragonArt! Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Processing Times

Unframed Prints: Usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Framed Prints & Originals: Usually dispatched within 5–7 business days (to allow careful packing).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods

UK Orders: Standard tracked delivery is calculated at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions (announced on product pages).

International Orders: Shipping rates and available destinations are calculated at checkout. Buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

UK: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Rest of World: 7–14 business days after dispatch (may vary depending on customs).
4. Order Tracking
You will receive tracking details via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the courier’s system to update after dispatch.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at popdragonart@gmail.com with your order number. We will help track your shipment and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.
6. Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

Unframed Prints: Rolled in protective tubes or packed flat with reinforced backing.

Framed Prints & Originals: Bubble-wrapped, corner-protected, and boxed securely.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to PO Boxes in some countries due to courier limitations. If there is an issue with your address, we will contact you.
